Cancellation Policy

We kindly remind our valued clients about our cancellation policy and the importance of timely notification. We have a 24hour cancellation policy for Appointment bookings. The room and the therapist will be allocated only for you. Your timely cancellation will enable us to reschedule appointments, accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list, and ensure the smooth functioning of our services. At our center, we have consciously chosen not to impose late cancellation fees, unlike some other centers in Dubai. Our decision stems from our belief in the integrity and conscientiousness of our clients. We place our trust in the understanding that, if a cancellation is made, it is due to a genuine and unavoidable situation. However, we kindly request that you try to adhere to our cancellation policy.
