1. Stress: Getting to Know


GOAL: To provide employees with an overview of the importance of getting to know their stressors, both on and off the job how stress affects health and performance, what are the 7 warning signs of stress and how to gain awareness of proven effective techniques for reducing and managing stress on the job.

2. Decoding Stressors with Active Mindfulness


GOAL: To provide employees with a deeper look at personal and work stress by decoding their stressors to manage stress better. Overall, they will gain a deeper knowledge of what is stress and practice two highly effective techniques for reducing job stress.
